Well, to begin with we would like to thank you for your interest in and support of Satya Metal Industries (P.) Ltd. The Satya Metal Group is a sister concern and extension of “Essar Packagings (P.) Ltd.”, set up in 2012 with the spirit of leadership blended with ambition and foresight towards the growth of the organisation along with the family Industries who we tend to serve, making the customer satisfaction our ultimate Goal.

A state-of-art plant has been set up in 2012, with the aim of manufacturing 1000 tons/ month of aluminium extruded profiles and alloys.Currently giving an output of 400 tons/month of Architectural and Industrial Sections in various alloys with 100% use of Aluminium Ingot.

Being from an Industrial background, we are a bit extra conscious about our quality. We believe in earning Customers rather than profit. Quality is checked over every stage and other equipment committed to cater best quality material finishing. We intend to provide the best quality and services to our customers, making the customer satisfaction our ultimate GOAL, through these policies:

Infrastructure

The plant has been set up in Industrial town of Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, and is spread over 2.5 acres of land with the foundry shade of 1100 sqm and capacity of 3 Extrusion presses, currently equipped with 2 of 1100 MT and 650 MT respectively.

The foundry shade is equipped with melting furnaces of various capacities, hot top for log casting, billet cutting provisions, etc. World class latest SPECTROMETER to bring perfection in our material composition. Tool Room for Die correction to bring perfection to the drawn sections. Ageing Oven to bring on hardness as well as different hardness variants as T4 T6. WEBSTER and Rockwell Hardness Tester for computing mechanical properties and hardness of the product.

Conductivity Meter to ensure Conductivity as per IACS grade of profiles. Inspection Team for the quality inspection of the Sections.
